It is very important to stay fit and healthy as say health is wealth.
These are some fitness goals that I am sharing so as to keep everyone aware about what to do for keeping oneself fit
1. Lower % of Body Fat. Do not focus on losing 1-2 kgs, look at lowering % of fat in the body
2. Build Muscle Mass. Strength train, lift weights , build muscle mass
3. Get 7 hours of sleep a day
4. Monitor your vital stats every day.
5. Get on to a healthy nutrition plan
6. Be onto fitness for the long run.
